This project uses the principle of evaporation and a water dripping system to create an innovative charcoal cooler that helps to reduce food waste.
About Project Save My Food
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that we reduce food wastage by producing an innovative charcoal cooler that uses the principle of evaporation and a water dripping system, as warm air blows into the charcoal, it is being cooled by the moist charcoal and cool air is blown in which preserved the produce in the cooler.
The charcoal cooler operates not needing electricity, store, preserves, and extends the shelf life of fruits and vegetables for more than 9 days.

- 1. To helps ensure we reduce food wastage by producing an innovative charcoal cooler
