About Project P’pal
P’pal is Nigeria’s first social enterprise providing women and girls with High quality, Affordable, and Eco-friendly Disposable Sanitary Pads, aimed at eliminating Plastic menstruation and Period poverty.
P’pal sanitary pad is geared towards enabling women and girls in rural communities to have access to adequate sanitary products to manage their periods.
P’pal we believe that providing free sanitary pads is not enough to end period poverty but with the affordability of sanitary pads, we hope millions of women would have access to the product.

Goal(s)
- 1. Become Nigeria’s first sanitary pad company producing organic and bio-degradable sanitary pad for local and international customers.
- 2. Providing a permanent solution to the abundance of plastic wastes in our environment/oceans.
- 3. Making sanitary pad accessible and affordable to local women
- 4. Providing employment opportunity for women, empowering them with leadership and self-ownership, women will work for women, enabling them to take a shot at entrepreneurship.
